Our suite of workshops include leadership, inclusion and organizational change issues. Workshops include Creating Space to Lead - Diverse Groups, Executive Presence, Effective Feedback, Hard Conversations, and Unconscious Bias. Complementing these topics, we incorporate key assessment tools (MBTI and Hogan Instrument Assessments) into core workshops.

Our workshops are designed using the following foundational elements:·      

Tailored Face-to-Face  Workshops are individually designed based on dialogue and assessment with our clients. Workshops are presented in person.

Adult Learning Principles  Workshops use proven adult learner principles.  Highly interactive and learner-centered instructional techniques enhance engagement and retention of learning outcomes.

Experience  Workshops are conducted by highly experienced trainers and facilitators.  



Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals. deLacy Associates is pleased to have a certified Dare to Lead™ Program facilitator for this effort and offer either a complete 16 hour workshop course or tailored modular sessions.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings and coaching to help individuals, teams and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
